The Idea
Nina has been painting silk scarves since the 1980's, when her work was on display at museums across Europe. In the early 2000's, Nina began making jewelry to match the textiles.
Originally from Ukraine, the artistry and designs that go into Silk and Sea's products are influenced by Eastern European art.

Our scarves are made of 100% genuine silk sourced from Europe. The paints are non-toxic and washable.
Our jewelry is all handcrafted, using a variety of high-quality materials, including coral, freshwater pearls, Czech crystal and sustainably grown mother of pearl.
